A Week to Remember: Week 23

Hello people of the world. This week has been okay. Yesterday I went to a conference and we discussed entrepreneurship and social media. It was amazing. I was able to meet some powerful women in the field of accounting. However, the actually days spent in school were not as appealing because we had to take Plan, the pre ACT. Chicago, The place I've called home for 15 years
The place where gun violence is so common,
that it's nickname is Chi'Raq
Where more bodies drop,
than in Iraq
We say," Cease Fire,
Stop the violence"
Yet the only thing ceasing are people caught in gunfire
The unlucky ones in the wrong place,
at the wrong time
But how is walking down the street the wrong place?
Why is nine o'clock in the morning the wrong time?

Is it a nickname or a realtily?

A Week to Remember: Week 22

Hello blogviewers, this week has been very chill and calm. We went to the zoo on Monday. I think that was the first time I went in 3 years.  Oh, also I saw an ape fight. It was scaring. People were recording the 2 apes fighting and I was wondering if we were suppose to call someone. My choir performance is this week. It is on Wesenday. We are going to perform our Motown songs.
